Electric Articulated Boom aerial work platform
We have launched a series of electric articulated boom lifts, including models such as V09, V11, V14, V16, V18 and V20.
These models share some common features. The platform dimensions are mostly 1.4×0.7m or 1.4×0.76m, and the later models are 1.8×0.76m. The rotation range of the platform is ±80°, and the rotation range of the forearm is ±70°. The control voltages are all 24V. The maximum working Angle (the trigger Angle of the tilt sensor) is all 3°. The power of the drive motor is mostly 3.3kw.
Product introduction

Different models have different key parameters. In terms of height, the maximum working height has gradually increased from 11.5m at V09 to 22.5m at V20, and the maximum platform height has risen from 9.5m to 20.5m. In terms of horizontal operation capacity, the maximum span height has increased from 4.5 meters to 9.4 meters, and the maximum operation radius has expanded from 6.2 meters to 11.8 meters. In terms of machine size and weight, the length has increased from 5.2m to 8.99m when retracted, the width has changed from 1.27m to 2.49m, the height has been raised from 2.0m in some models to 2.38m, and the weight has significantly increased from 4800kg to 10000kg. In terms of load capacity, the maximum load capacity of the early models was 200kg, and in the later models, there were two options: 230kg (unlimited) and 350kg (limited). The number of people that the platform could accommodate increased from 2 to ⅔. In terms of driving performance, the retracted driving speed varies between 4.5 and 5.1km/h, the climbing ability changes between 0.3 and 0.45, and the outer turning radius ranges from 3.2 meters to 5.0 meters.

Ground Control Panel
PG and Bosch Rexroth control panels are adopted to realize the precise control of electrical systems. Specifically, the PG brand control panels are used for electric articulated lifts with platform heights of 16m and below. While the Bosch Rexroth control panels are used for electric articulated lifts with platform heights of 18m and above. IP65 waterproof design with emergency stop button, and interlock for getting on and off the platform.

Platform Control Panel
Workers can stand on the platform to operate the machine by a platform control panel which is also PG and Bosch Rexroth brand, same as the ground control. User-friendly design with safety factors considered ensures a reliable work performance.

Limit Switch
Limit switches are used to stop the motion of the machine when it reaches the end of its travel, to prevent overloading , overtravel or to provide feedback to a control system for accurate positioning.

Oil Tank and Emergency Power Supply
Oil tank stores hydraulic oil and supply power for hydraulic system. The emergency power supply will coordinate with emergency power switch and emergency pumps to retract booms in case the main motor fails. This will give a double safety to users.

Battery
48V/420Ah lead-acid battery is the standard configuration of JOVOO V-Series Articulated Boom Lifts. Lithium battery is optional. When the electric articulated boom lift is stored for a long time, please charge the battery fully to keep the service life of battery.

Sensor
By detecting displacement, inclination, pressure and other signals, the sensor can detect and transmit the working state to the control system, so that the control system can implement different control strategies for the machine.


Tires
Solid rubber tires are standard configuration. Solid, non-marking tires or foam-infused tires are optional at your request.
