The SL-1000-600 comprehensive crusher has a production capacity of 10-12 tons per hour, a feed port size of 1000×600 millimeters, and the final product particle size is 2-6 centimeters. The feeding is carried out by a trough-type chain plate conveyor. The width of the chain plate is 1000 millimeters, and the length of the feeding conveyor is 5000 millimeters. The speed regulation range is 2 to 18 meters per minute. The material of the chain plate is 16MN and the thickness is 6 centimeters. The discharge is transported by belt. The conveying frame is supported by an integrated channel steel conveyor. The conveyor is 800 millimeters wide and 8 to 10 meters long. The main power supply is the engine.

The SL-1300-800 comprehensive crusher has a production capacity of 15-20 tons per hour, a feeding port of 1300×800 millimeters, and the product particle size is also 2-6 centimeters. The feeding method, conveyor length and speed regulation range are the same as the previous one, and the chain plate width is 1300 millimeters. The width of the discharge conveyor is 1200 millimeters.

The SL-1600-1050 comprehensive crusher has a production capacity of 25-30 tons per hour, a feed inlet of 1600×1050 millimeters, and a product particle size of 2-6 centimeters. The chain plate is 1,530 millimeters wide. The three types of equipment can meet the requirements of crushing operations of different scales.

Feeding System

Conveying Method: All models adopt trough chain conveyors with variable frequency speed regulation, allowing feeding speed adjustment between 2 – 18 m/min to precisely control input according to production needs.

Chain Plate Specifications: Chain plates with widths of 1000 mm, 1300 mm, and 1530 mm are made of 16MN material with a 6 cm thickness, ensuring strength and wear resistance for prolonged service life.

Power Configuration: Equipped with feeding chain conveyor motors and feeding roller motors of different powers (e.g., SL-1000-600 uses 5.5 kW [variable frequency] and 4 kW [variable frequency]) for stable feeding power.

Discharging System

Discharging Method: All use belt transportation with integrated channel steel conveyor supports for stable structure.

Conveyor Specifications: Widths of 800 mm, 1200 mm, and 1400 mm, with lengths of 8 – 10 m, matching different models to ensure smooth material discharge.

Power Configuration: Bottom conveyor motors and unloading conveyor motors with corresponding powers ensure efficient discharging.
