We use internationally renowned brand engines from Weichai and Cummins to inject a strong power core into our products. We use axles from the world-class brand BPW, which has good braking effect and high temperature resistance, making people feel very assured when using it. The axle beam adopts a 1-degree tilt design, which is not easy to bend, and the contact area between the wheels of the carrying vehicle and the ground is larger, and the traction efficiency is high. The clearance between the bearing and the shaft head is matched, the lubrication effect is better, the resistance is smaller, and its high-speed performance is good and fuel-efficient.
We use tires from well-known brands Giti or Hankook, which are known for their wear resistance and are suitable for long-term driving and heavy-duty vehicles. Giti tires have excellent grip on dry and wet surfaces, providing good handling and safety.
We use JOST outriggers, which are forged with high yield strength steel and enhanced with precision heat treatment to resist fatigue. They can withstand tens of tons of vertical loads and meet the support requirements of heavy-duty transportation scenarios.
Using WABCO air brakes, equipped with advanced technologies such as ABS (anti-lock braking system) and EBS (electronic braking system), the braking force can be automatically adjusted according to vehicle load and road conditions to avoid wheel locking and slipping, shorten the braking distance and improve handling stability, especially on slippery, icy and snowy roads.

High-strength steel:The frames of our booms and trailers are made of special steel. After high-temperature forging and precision quenching, they not only have high-strength deformation resistance, but also maintain stable performance in extreme environments, providing solid and reliable structural support for equipment operation.

High-quality connectors and fasteners:In the design and manufacture of trailers, high-quality connectors and fasteners are the core to ensure the excellent performance of products. We use axle connecting bolts forged from high-strength alloy steel. After a special heat treatment process, the tensile strength exceeds the industry standard by 80%. Even if the axle and frame are fully loaded and driving on bumpy roads, they can firmly fix the axle and the frame to prevent loosening hazards; the anti-loosening nuts at key locations adopt a double locking structure, combined with Dacromet coating treatment, which has both strong anti-loosening performance and excellent corrosion resistance, and is not afraid of muddy and rain erosion, and the service life is extended by more than 50%. The rivets and welded connectors used at the frame joints ensure a tight fit at each connection point through precise automated processing, reducing metal fatigue caused by vibration and effectively improving the overall rigidity of the trailer. CADI has excellent processing technology, and each process demonstrates the ultimate pursuit of quality. In the cutting process, advanced laser cutting technology is used. With its high precision and high speed characteristics, the plate cutting error can be controlled within a very small range. Its stable robotic arm cooperates with the intelligent control system to achieve 360-degree welding without dead ends. The electrophoretic paint process puts on a layer of solid “protective clothing” for the product. Through the action of the electric field, the paint liquid is evenly attached to the surface of the workpiece to form a dense and smooth paint film, which not only significantly enhances the product’s anti-rust and anti-corrosion capabilities, but also gives it a long-lasting and bright appearance, making CADI’s products stand out in both quality and appearance.

Strict control of production process quality: The production workshop is equipped with an intelligent torque monitoring system. When installing bolts, the system automatically records and calibrates the tightening force data to ensure the stability of each connection point. The frame welding process uses laser weld tracking equipment to adjust the welding trajectory in real time to ensure that the weld is uniform and firm. After welding, an ultrasonic flaw detector is used to detect internal defects of key welds. In addition, after each key process is completed, the quality inspector will use a three-coordinate measuring machine to perform high-precision dimensional inspection on the parts. Once the deviation is found to exceed the allowable range, the rework process will be immediately started to prevent quality risks from being passed on to the next process.
Multiple finished product acceptance inspections: After the trailer is finished, it must undergo a series of professional tests. The dynamic weighing system is used to accurately weigh the machine in empty and full load states to ensure that the load parameters meet the design standards; the brake performance tester is used to simulate different road conditions to test the sensitivity and braking distance of the brake system; the machine is tested for corrosion resistance in a salt spray test chamber to accelerate the aging of the machine in a harsh environment. All test data are automatically uploaded to the quality traceability system. Only after passing the full project test and being reviewed and signed by the quality inspection supervisor can the machine complete the final acceptance, and deliver safe and reliable products to customers with a rigorous quality control process.
