Product introduction of towable boom lifts

We are proud to present three diesel scissor lifts: Z10D, Z13D and Z16D. The platform dimensions of these three types of elevators are the same, all being 3.95×1.83m. The platform extension lengths are all 1.22/1.52m, and the ground clearance is 0.23m. The wheelbase is 2.84m. In terms of power, they are all equipped with 35.5Kw/2600rpm engines, and the control voltage is also 12V. Different models have their own characteristics in key parameters. In terms of height, the Z10D has a maximum working height of 12 meters and a maximum platform height of 10 meters. The maximum working height of Z13D is 15 meters and the maximum platform height is 13 meters. The maximum working height of Z16D is 18 meters and the maximum platform height is 16 meters. When retracted, the dimensions of the machine gradually increased from 2.81m in the Z10D to 3.25m in the Z16D, while the length (retracted) and width (retracted) of the machine remained the same in the Z10D and Z13D, being 4.2/4.81m and 2.28m respectively. In terms of weight, it has increased from 6,850 kg for the Z10D to 8,850 kg for the Z16D. In terms of load-bearing capacity, the load capacity of the Z10D platform is 1,150kg, which is higher than the 680kg of the Z13D and Z16D, while the load capacity of the extended platforms of the three is all 230kg. The maximum number of people that the platform can accommodate is 7 for Z10D and 5 for Z13D and Z16D.

The platform space is reasonably designed to provide operators with a comfortable and safe operating environment, ensuring that they can smoothly carry out various types of aerial work.

Flexible rotation and stable load-bearing

The product performs outstandingly in terms of rotation flexibility. The platform, cantilever and turntable all have good rotation performance. The platform can rotate at a certain angle, the cantilever can also be flexibly adjusted within the corresponding range, and the rotation of the turntable allows the equipment to cover a wider operating angle. This series of rotation designs enables operators to easily reach the target operating position, greatly improving the flexibility of the operation. At the same time, the lift has a stable carrying capacity and can safely carry operators and the required tools and equipment to ensure the safety of high-altitude operations.
