The T5014 telescopic boom fork has outstanding loading capabilities. It has a maximum lifting height of 13.8 meters, can carry 5,000 kilograms, and has an outward extension of 7 meters. The vehicle is 6.4 meters long from the body to the bracket, 7.62 meters from the fork face, 2.4 meters wide, 2.55 meters high, with a wheelbase of 3.15 meters and an empty load capacity of 13,300 kilograms. It is equipped with 440/80-24 tubeless tires and a 1220×125×50 mm fork.

In terms of operation, it takes 18 seconds to lift, 14.4 seconds to lower, 17.9 seconds to extend, 16.5 seconds to retract, 5.1 seconds for the crowd action, and 4 seconds for dump. The power is provided by cummins/Yuchai engines, with a power output of 122 Hp / 91 kW, a torque of 400 Nm at 1400 rpm, and a full-load pull force of 10,000 daN. The torque converter for transmission has 4 forward gears and 4 reverse gears, with a maximum speed of 40 km/h. The braking system features automatic air cut-off parking and wet multi-plate braking for both the front and rear axles.

Gear pump for hydraulic system, flow rate 167 l/min, pressure 265 bar. For the fuel tank, the engine oil is 5.5L, the hydraulic oil is 70L, and the fuel tank is 95L. The noise and vibration control is good, with 82 dB for the driver’s seat and 105 dB for the environment. The hand/arm vibration is less than 2.50 m/s². 2 front and 2 rear wheel steering drive, safe cab certified by FOPS Level 2.

4)Fork specifications: The fork is 1220mm in length, 125mm in width, and 50mm in cross-section. It has a sturdy structure and can firmly grasp goods.

Action time: Lift time 18 seconds, descend 14.4 seconds, extend 17.9 seconds, retract 16.5 seconds, lean forward 5.1 seconds, lean backward 4 seconds. Each action time is set reasonably to ensure the smoothness and efficiency of the operation.

1)Engine: Equipped with Cummins or Yuchai brand engines, model YCD4J22T-125, in compliance with National II standards. It is equipped with 4 cylinders, with a total displacement of 4400 cm³, a rated power of 122 Hp (91 kW), a maximum torque of 400 Nm @ 1400 rpm, and a full-load traction force of 10,000 daN, offering strong power.

2)Transmission system: It adopts hydraulic torque converter transmission, with 4 forward gears and 4 reverse gears. The maximum driving speed is 40 km/h. The gear shifting is smooth and the operation is convenient.

Hydraulic System

Hydraulic pump and parameters: The hydraulic pump type is a gear pump, with a hydraulic flow rate of 167 l/min and a pressure of 265 bar, providing stable and powerful power support for various actions of the forklift.

Safety and Comfort

1)Braking system: The parking brake adopts automatic air cut-off brake, and the service brake is a wet multi-plate brake for the front and rear axles. The braking effect is reliable and ensures the safety of operation.

2)Safety cab: Equipped with an FOPS Level 2 safety cab, it provides comprehensive safety protection for operators.

3)Noise and vibration: The driver’s seat noise (LpA) is 82 dB, and the vibration of the hand/arm is less than 2.50 m/s², reducing the fatigue of the operator and providing a relatively comfortable working environment.
